Chicken Tikka Masala

2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

1 onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tablespoon grated ginger

29 ounce tomato sauce

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Tablespoons cumin

2 Tablespoons coriander 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Optional:

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Potatoes, chopped and boiled

Carrots, chopped and boiled

Cook all ingredients together or put in crockpot.

20 minutes before serving add 1 can coconut milk and cornstarch until desired thickness is reached.

Serve over rice.
