Chicken with White Wine Tarragon Sauce

The Sauce:

1/4 cup dry milk

2 Tablespoons white wine

1 teaspoon tarragon

1 teaspoon basil

1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

Salt 

Pepper

2 Tablespoons butter, melted

In a bowl, mix all above ingredients together. Add water until desired consistency is reached. Set aside.

The Chicken:

2-4 chicken breasts, pound to 1/4 inch thickness

Olive oil

Salt 

Pepper

Tarragon

Chili powder

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, tarragon and chili powder on both sides. Pan sear in olive oil on both sides. Preheat oven to 350°. Place seared chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Place in oven, uncovered, bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Could serve with sauteed wild rice, onions, celery and mushrooms.
