Chickpea Burgers

1 can chickpeas, drained and mashed

1 zucchini, grated

1/2 cup onion, thinly chopped

2 Tablespoons sun butter

3 Tablespoons coconut vinegar

1 teaspoon cumin

2 teaspoons turmeric 

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 egg

1 cup oatmeal

1/4 cup gluten free flour

Mix all ingredients together, form into patties and fry until cooked through.
