Citrus Breakfast Bowl

1 mango, skinned and diced

1 nectarine or peach, diced

1 banana, sliced

1 spear of pineapple, diced

2 Tbsp oj concentrate, or 1/4 c squeeze of fresh orange

2 Tbsp chia seeds

2 mint leaves, fresh from the garden and chopped

 

Add all fruits and stir until the OJ has been well combined.  

Add chia seeds and mint leaves.

Makes 4 servings.
