Coconut Ball Cookies
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup melted coconut oil (can try half and half butter and coconut oil if desired)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix together, form into ping pong sized balls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a drizzle of honey on each.
Bake 350° for 10-15 minutes until crispy firm.
