Coconut Curry Soup

Sauté in butter or coconut oil:

1/2 green pepper

1/2 purple onion

Add:

3 cups broth of choice

1/8 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon ginger

2 Tablespoons curry

1 teaspoon turmeric

Salt

1 cup butternut squash, cooked

1 can coconut milk

Puree all together if you would like it smooth.
