Coconut Fish

Tilapia

Batter:

1 egg

1 cup coconut milk

Mix together.

Breading:

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup coconut flour

Garlic salt

Pepper

Mix together.

Sauce:

1 cup coconut milk

1 Tablespoon chives

1 Tablespoon parsley

Garlic salt 

Pepper

Mix together in skillet and heat through.

Coat the tilapia in egg mixture, then dip in flour mixture, then fry in olive oil until cooked through.

Pour the sauce over the tilapia, top with a squeeze of lemon and slivered almonds.
