Creamy Dairy Free "Alfredo" Chicken

2 breast of chicken, precooked and cut up

1/2purple onion, sliced

2 T garlic, minced

Tsp each parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, salt pepper

1 8oz container spero foods plain sunflower oil cream cheese

1 c coconut cream

1 half package sun dried tomatoes

1 pkg about 2 cups frozen cauliflower rice

Mix altogether and bake uncovered at 350.
