Fried Chicken (Gluten Free)

2-4 pieces of chicken legs, thighs, or breast your choice. (can be skinless if you want)

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 cup brown rice flour

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Salt 

Pepper

2 Tablespoons butter or olive oil

Mix flours and seasonings together. Coat the chicken in flour and spice mixture. Place butter or olive oil in oven safe pan. Heat oven to 425°. Place pan with butter or oil in oven, leave in oven long enough for oil to heat up. Remove from oven. Place chicken in HOT oil or butter. Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. You can turn chicken half way through cooking.
