Zucchini

Green pepper

Onion

1 can diced tomatoes or 1 fresh diced tomato

1 can pinto beans

Garlic

Basil

Honey

Soy amino acid

Olive oil

Dice zucchini, green pepper, and onion a put in pan. Add olive oil, tomatoes, beans, garlic, basil, honey, and amino acid. Sauté in the olive oil until vegetables are tender.
