1/2 cup coconut yogurt or coconut cream from a can
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of a greens powder (I use Nutrition Dynamics Dynamic Greens Mint for the mint flavor, but you can add a 5 drops of peppermint essential oil along with 1 scoop of plain greens powder as well.)
3 pieces of cooked broccoli (your kids will never know the difference)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Ultra Meal by Nutrition Dynamics)
Blend well and drink immediately.
