Olive canapés

We've been making recipes using my almond flour crackers a lot lately and here's another.  A simple lunch addition I love!  

I found an awesome plant based cream cheese and so I've pulled out all the old things I used to make when I used to eat conventional cream cheese.  And discovering some new at the same time!  

I love these little mini sandwiches.  I use my cracker, spread a little Spero brand sunflower oil cream cheese and top with olives.  For this recipe, I like the "herb" flavored one.  Yummo!
