SCD Crepes

5 eggs

1/2 cup almond flour

2 Tablespoons water

2 teaspoons honey

pinch of salt 

-whisk until mixed

Make crepes in a griddle by pouring small amount and moving the pan in a circular motion to spread and thin the batter. 

It's fun to add coconut cream, sliced strawberries, fresh berries, slivers of almonds.  Comment below how YOU like to eat it!
