Sesame Oil Salad

I definitely get on kicks for things my body is really longing for and lately it's fats!

A lot of research and misinformation has been done recently about fats; let's just some it up by saying I am all for them! We definitely need more fats in our diet.

My latest crave craze is sesame oil. I love that salad does not have to be just leafy's.

Finding ways to incorporate good fats and the medicinal herbs that so many have trouble eating enough of can be a challenge.  I love this simple salad one that takes care of both..

l avocado

4 radishes sliced

6 leaves basil cut into ribbons

1 small cucumber sliced

Dash of salt and pepper 

A drizzle of sesame oil
