1 bag of frozen stir fry vegetables or Chinese beans, pea pods, water chestnuts, broccoli, red & yellow pepper, matchstick carrots, celery, and red onion steamed.
1 package of chicken, cut into strips
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
Dash of cayenne pepper
Cook chicken strips in olive oil, Montreal seasoning, and 1 Tablespoon soy sauce. Add in steamed vegetables.
In a separate pot, boil 1/2 cup water with beef bouillon cube and a dash of cayenne pepper. Pour over chicken and vegetables, allow to boil down. Serve.
