Toasted Tuna Sandwiches

1 can or pouch of tuna

Mayo

Celery, chopped

Onion, chopped

Dill weed

Salt

Pepper

Italian seasoning

Sunflower seeds

Parmesan cheese

Butter

Bread of choice (brown rice bread, paleo, gluten-free)

Mix tuna, mayo, chopped celery, chopped onion, dill weed, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, sunflower seeds and parmesan cheese. Set aside. Butter bread and toast in pan, add tuna mix, top with other piece of buttered bread. Toast until heated through and cheese is melted. Can add bean sprouts and spinach last if desired.
