Vegan Enchiladas

Filling

1 can black beans

1 avocado, diced

1 tomato, diced

1/2 onion, diced

1/2 cup corn 

2 garlic cloves, minced

Cilantro to taste

Fill into corn tortillas, or eat with chips, or just plain. 

Top with organic taco sauce

Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes. Top with cheese if desired.
