Vegan "Meat" Crumbles

1 medium cauliflower, crushed and broken apart

2 cups raw walnut halves

2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon liquid smoke

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 Tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos

Process cauliflower and nuts in food processor until course crumbles form. Transfer to a bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Using hands, mix everything together. Turn onto baking sheet and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Can use right away or freeze.
