Reset #4 - The Food Pyramid Vs. Food Functions


Sample Meals:

One of your meals today can include animal products if you so choose or follow the plant based meal plan below.

Breakfast: Toast with DrFoodie's Flaxberry Jam (an absolutely awesome edible hormone!), or honey, and sunbutter or nutbutter (peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, macadamia nut butter, etc), and a piece of fruit or protein smoothie

Lunch: Veg and Sweet Potato Fajitas

Saute or oven roast green peppers, red peppers, onion, and combine with pre- roasted sweet potato cubes on toasted tortilla

Supper: "Gravy" over baked potatoes, steamed vegetables, or quinoa or rice

Dessert or "sweet" treat"Perfect Cake

If you're still hungry, munch on fruit, dried fruit or nuts.  You can always double it up and eat more of the 3 meals listed for the day!
