I don't think life exists without an ability to discover itself and change, so YES, I think you can get help when you're ready and create a new expression of health. Life is change any constant state of never being the same. My belief is to continuously put in the best ingredients and see what comes up.
The new school year is upon us and for some or our kiddos(and mamas and papas), that can mean mounds of anxiety as we approach the new once again.
How do we learn from this feelings, and more importantly, how do we navigate it and teach the youngest among us how to navigate it as well?
