We LOVE LOVE LOVE Flaxberry jam. Add it to toast with sunbutter, or a gluten free bagel, or eat it with yogurt. It's flexible! Just like your ligaments will be as your body consumes more of it!
1/2 cup flaxseed, pre ground is best
1/2 cup dried berries (cherries, pomegranate, white raisins, pineapple, mango) Usually a blend is best
1/4 cup coconut oil
Pulverize together in a blender. I have a Ninja and a Vitamix, so I usually don't use much coconut oil, but you may need to adjust to more or less if you have a less powerful blender.
Spread on toast, gluten free bagel, or eat with yogurt. You can mix peanut butter, sunbutter, or nuts in with it during pulverizing too for an instant PB and J!
