Foccacia Pizza Sandwich

Herb and cheese Focaccia bread, sliced in half horizontally

1 stick butter

1 package cream cheese

1 can tomato paste

Rosemary

Basil

Cheese of choice

Canadian bacon

Pepperoni 

Kalamata olives

Fried onion

Green pepper

Preheat oven to 350°. Butter the top of both halves of bread. Mix cream cheese, tomato paste, rosemary and basil. Spread over both halves of bread. Top with cheese, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, kalamata olives, fried onion, and green pepper. Place the halves of Focaccia back together. Wrap in tin foil and bake for 30-40 minutes. Slice into pie shapes and serve.
