GF Sourdough Pizza Crust from Yeast

Preheat an oven to 425°F and grease a 10- to 16-inch pizza sheet.

1 cup warm water

1 package yeast

-sprinkle yeast over water, mix and wait 3 min. 


1 egg

1 TBSP oil

-mix then add below dry ingredients

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups gluten free flour

2 TBSP flaxseed

-mix together with mixer until dough forms. Scoop onto greased pizza sheet, spread dough out. Let sit somewhere warm for 15-20 min. Cover with sauce and toppings of your choice. Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until done.
