GF Sourdough Pizza Crust from Yeast

Preheat an oven to 425°F and grease a 10x16-inch pizza sheet.

1 cup warm water

1 package yeast

Sprinkle yeast over water, mix and wait 3 minutes. 

Add:

1 egg

1 Tablespoon oil

Mix, then add dry ingredients.

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups gluten free flour

2 Tablespoons flaxseed

Mix together with mixer until dough forms. Scoop onto greased pizza sheet, spread dough out. Let sit somewhere warm for 15-20 minutes. Cover with sauce and toppings of your choice. Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until done.
