Sloppy Jo's

1 pound hamburger, fried

1 can tomato paste

Puree:

1 whole celery stalk

2 cooked carrots

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 small onion

1/2 cup vegetable tomato juice

1 cup rice

Dijon mustard to taste

Fry hamburger, add tomato paste, pureed vegetables, rice, and Dijon mustard. Boil down until desired thickness is reached.
