Tuna Fillets with Pineapple Salsa

Tuna fillets

Pesto

Salt

Spinach

Parmesan 

Salt rub the tuna fillets. Marinate tuna with pesto. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Add spinach and parmesan and bake until cheese is melted. 

Salsa:

Pineapple, cubed

Cilantro

Green onion

Cube pineapple into small pieces, add chopped cilantro and green onion.

Serve over tuna fillets.
